About the assessment in general

The assessment will show which of the person's strengths can be better exploited and which skills can be effectively developed.

The competences measured in the survey including but not limited to:

How conscious they are of the process, do they have the tools

They can assert their interests, create a win-win situation

How well can they give and take the signals they receive

Knows how to prepare for a negotiation (if they even do)

How well they can position themselves in a negotiation

Can they close the deal successfully in all cases

Negotiation techniques

The Negotiation Competence Assessment shows which areas of negotiation the respondent has difficulty with and which areas of negotiation they are strong in.

Assertion of interest

The Assertion of interes Competence Assessment shows where the person completing it has difficulties and where they are strong, in other words, where they need to improve.
