Negotiation in summary is the exchange, meaning reaching an agreement. So the ultimate goal is where the result is actually achieved.
It's also true that negotiation is a way of life, to assert our interests, to make the best out of situations, of life.
Negotiation is to agree on the price of a product or service, assigning tasks in a meeting, managing a team, developing a career, determining a salary, or purchasing a service or product.
You can see that our whole life is about negotiation.
Since we negotiate in all situations in life, the question is what level of quality we achieve.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TRAINING

Form of the training
Online/offline

Online: Online: the training takes place on Zoom. Where students can learn the theory and practice of how to make everyday negotiations perfect online.

Offline: face-to-face training, where the theory and practice of negotiation can be experienced face-to-face, thereby gaining a deep understanding of the negotiation mechanisms.

Study material
My trainings are always individually tailored

As the 'zero step' of the training, each student can fill out the Training Needs Assessment questionnaire, which together with a 30-minute personal consultation, will help me to identify exactly what competences the person has that need to be developed, to pay attention to them.
​
In all cases, I will develop the group coaching/workshop material in a way that is personalized for each participant, so that they can benefit to the maximum.

Through exercises, the coach introduces students to the specific tools and techniques that can be used in everyday situations to handle situations.

The methodology aims to provide students with a complete feedback on each and every situation after conducting specific interest assertion scenarios.

This means that the assertion of interest situation is recorded on video and then analyzed and evaluated together with the coach.
In this way, the student goes through a complex learning process that is complete from all aspects.
