"I just don't understand what my colleagues don't know, because I don't do anything extra…"

I was told this by the head of a nearly million dollar company (who, by the way, is also the best salesman ever in the company). For the 2nd time in the last 2 months I heard this sentence from a client.

On both occasions, 1-1 from the mouth of a very agile, charismatic, businesswoman. They couldn't understand why what they were doing couldn't be done by someone else (none of their colleagues).

They kept telling me to believe that they were not doing anything extra...

I watched them, I listened, I wanted to understand. How could this statement of theirs be true.

The fact is that they "just" do what they have to do, but they do it with extra power and enthusiasm. 💪

Then I realized that this phenomenon is far from unique. I had heard this so many times before. Many of us are in this situation.

So I say to those who have similar problems: a cheetah doesn't realize how incredibly fast it is, because it's natural for them! He is the cheetah!
