Commitment? A thing short in supply?

I often hear from business leaders and owners that it's hard to find committed people these days and even harder to get them committed. But lately, it's not just leaders who are saying this. Moreover!
It is mainly the people who work in companies who are saying it:
- "...people who come here recently don't really want to work...."
- "...I don't know, but these new people don't seem to know what work is..."
- "...well, there are a couple of colleagues who just come in... ...but what for..."
I could list the comments I hear in my daily work.
People sense that something is very, very wrong.
Have you ever seen someone who is not committed to their own health? They know they should change something but they don't, perhaps because they are not comfortable.
Are there people around you who suffer from being taken lightly by the 'other' in their relationship? Do they not feel a sense of commitment? And he is doing his best and trying to please the other person.

Have you ever experienced someone coming to work under an "alibi"?
They tried to "motivate" him but somehow nothing seemed to work.
Why are we surprised that the commitment to WORK is not at its peak these days? After all, even today there are still people who throw away the trash, i.e. who are not committed to the "functioning" of the environment.
We live in a world of appearances (a pseudo-world)!
Appearance means that something looks like something, as opposed to what it really is.

Social media and its great warriors often reinforce this line. Get a lot of likes and you will see heaven and all its bounties... :)
It's a wonder that young people (and with respect to the real exceptions) imagine work as "I'll push a couple of posts and get the money..." (I know several young people who are able and willing to do REAL work and achieve REAL RESULTS.)
It is a difficult mission to "show" people the real world as opposed to the attractive, illusory world.
It's hard to get someone to think more healthily or to have more respect for relationships.
Meanwhile, it is hard to accept that yes, sometimes work is hard and not pleasant.
Sometimes it is more tiring and nerve-wracking is nevertheless necessary for day-to-day life, as it is (normally) how we finance other aspects of our lives.
"It's a leader's job to make their people committed!"
"With 2-3 hours of work a day you can make a fortune and achieve the fantastic financial means to live in the Bahamas with just sunshine and..." - says several ads, posts, social media appearances.

Then the leader comes and says:
- "You should mow the lawn (after 8 hours of work) in the yard." or
- "...can you stay overtime (in the evening)?... ...because it's important to get this stuff done on time and we seem to have slipped up..."
Honestly? Bahamas sounds better. :)
So we are left with the leader staying in and doing the necessary work if he doesn't want to be unpopular ('demotivating', 'slave driver', 'parasite' etc).
So the leader has no responsibility in making people committed?
If someone is not able to commit in other areas of life, why do we expect them to commit in work?
Who guarantees health?

NOBODY! You have to work for it! With hard commitment!
Who guarantees a happy relationship?
NOBODY! You have to work for it! With hard commitment!
Who guarantees our children's future?
NOBODY! You have to work for it! With hard commitment!
By the way, there are many difficulties in the above topics above.
Who can guarantee a happy working atmosphere?
THE BOSS He will COMMIT me!
Excuse me?
What can a leader do?
A lot.

Hanem a cég-é, a vezető-é, a tulajdonosok-é stb.

MINDENKI VEZETŐ A SAJÁT ÉLETÉBEN!
